Welcome to the website of Bethel United Reformed Church in Calgary, Alberta. At Bethel we believe that the Bible is God's inspired and infallible word. Our desire is to remain true to the teaching of the Bible which has a message of Good News and Hope. The Bible gives us guidance on worship, relationships with others and how we are to live our lives.
Out of gratitude to our Lord, we wish to faithfully and thankfully serve Him. We make every effort to reach out to our Community and beyond by sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ and by providing compassionate care to those in need.
Every Sunday we hold two worship services. We warmly invite you to join us.

Basics of the Reformed Faith: The Covenant of Works
In Hosea 6:7, the prophet records the word of the Lord as follows: “But like Adam they [Israel and Judah] transgressed the covenant; there they dealt faithlessly with me.” Based upon this declaration it is clear that Adam stood in a covenant relationship to his creator while in Eden, and that Adam had indeed violated the terms of that covenant through a personal act of disobedience.
